...squeeze one in your hair and go surf. Bench just summed up the simplicity of my summer in this adorable Pinetrees Top. Not that I know how to surf but lemons I have been squeezing in my hair since I was a teenager. Come on, who else used this trick to get blonder locks? Bench really has some adorable printed tee's. I would know because I just about own them all. And FYI they're all on sale right now including this one. Snatch one or two for those casual days. I knew I had to take this playful tee to Sugar Beach to shoot. I know that's the 'genere' blogger move but the two are just so damn adorable it worked. Plus, have you ever been because I hadn't before. I'm totally going back with some ice-cream and a date to watch the sunset! White sands and the cutest pink umbrellas, LIKE HELLO?! I hope everyone has been enjoying their summer so far! xx

I want to take a minute to chat about bullying. Earlier this year I was contacted by The Canadian Safe School Network, a national, not-for-profit charitable organization who's focus is to create awareness to reduce bullying and make communities feel more safe. Not too long ago they launched a campaign called #StandTogether, where together we CAN stand up, speak out and put an end to this problem. Bullying is something that has always existed on the playgrounds unfortunately and now we also have cyberbullying to worry about. I often think about how difficult it must be as a child today and how it only must be getting worse so it really warms my heart that people are going out of their way to do something about it. The Canadian Safe Schools Network has partnered with YoSox where they came up with four fun printed socks making a statement with the message 'Stand Together'. With every pair of socks purchased, YoSox is donating a portion of the proceeds to CSSN to help fund anti-bullying programs for youth. I think it's really important now with school out that we still come together to make this message loud and strong to keep the positive momentum going. Over half of all teens have had at least one negative social networking experience, while an alarming 33% of students who are bullied online report symptoms of depression. This needs to come to an end. Help support, send a message and put an end to this!
